“Big Tu” Electric boat ride, check the access point “Bangkok’s Wheel-Rail-Boat connector project, ready to make the country peaceful.

Gen. Prayuth Chan-ocha, the Prime Minister of Thailand and the head of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) with his team are departing by boat from Hua Lamphong Pier to Thewarat Kunchorn Pier (Thewes) to check for development travel access point “Bangkok’s Wheel-Rail-Boat connector project”:  The Phadong Krungkasem Canal Project from Hua Lamphong Railway Pier to Thewarat Kunchorn Pier, 5 kilometers distance, 11 ports.

During the boat ride, the Prime Minister Listen to a briefing of the route and the history of the Phadung Krungkasem canal. He greeted those who stood and waited by the canal. He also asked everyone to help keep the canal clean, plant more trees and flowers to add charm alongside the canal. Because not only but we use the canal as a waterway route, we can also improve to be a tourist water attraction. By giving confidence to the public that the government will do everything well and will make people use all types of traffic routes more conveniently and quickly.

The Prime Minister is pleased to see the smile of the people. Ready to reiterate the peace of the country. But asking everyone calmly, love each other, and don’t fight. Thailand is a city of smiles and delicious food.  Please keep it this way, the government will do its utmost, even if there are problems that need to be resolved in the long run.

For the service boat, the boat is 100% electric that has no noise and no pollution. Bangkok Metropolitan has opened the service on the past October 1. Providing a total of 8 boats, releasing every 15 minutes per boat from 8.00 am – 4.00 pm. Initially, there are 100 people interested in using the service per day, which the Bangkok Metropolitan provides services without collecting any service fees.
